How it all started.

Broad Signs was established in 1998 by Sean Broad, a young entrepreneur who was keen from an early age to carve a career in the signage industry.

After a few years of experience and noticing obvious gaps in the market, Sean looked at the start-up options available to him at the time and found support through the Prince’s Trust.

After attending initial seminars and completing courses recommended by the Prince’s Trust, Sean wrote his business plan and presented his ideas to a Prince’s Trust panel. After an inspiring pitch and a clear vision for the future of the sign production process, the Trust agreed to loan him the necessary funding to purchase the equipment required to launch his company and so, in May 1998, Broad Signs was born.

Now over 20 years on and a market leader, Broad Signs continues to flourish with Sean at the helm and has a strong, knowledgeable team around him with over 75 years of combined experience, together they have taken the business from strength to strength. Based centrally in the South East, Broad Signs design, create and manufacture everything in-house, which has led to offering its clients a smooth, time-efficient workflow and installation of the highest quality.
